Portfolio Reviews:
When should you first have your work reviewed?

When you first make the commitment to promoting or displaying your work. Everyone at this stage is in love with their favorite images, yet few have developed the hard-nosed, ruthless skill of editing out those that are not their very best. Also, I’ve observed it is initially difficult for most photographers to put together a balanced and compelling portfolio of 15 to 20 images. A balance portfolio is one that presents a range of images focused on a theme.
